What you’ll do

As a Support Generalist at A2 Hosting you will be the first point of contact for all customers that require technical assistance.  

Who you’ll work with 

The Support Generalist collaborates regularly with other support team members to resolve more complex customer requests. 

Who you are 

  • Provide customers with answers/solutions for basic requests
  • Initiate the swarming collaboration process and participate in it actively
  • Meet set productivity and quality requirements for the position
  • Provide improvement suggestions to the responsible team members

What you’ll do

The Service Assurance Specialist at A2 Hosting works directly with current clients throughout the CARE process. The Service Assurance Specialist will open as well as answer CARE tickets and speak with clients on the phone, as needed. 

 

Who you’ll work with 

The Service Assurance Specialist will work with Support Leads and Management to ensure proper follow through of the CARE life cycle is completed. 

 

Who you are 

  • Search for compromised accounts, communicate with affected customers and suggest a course of action.
  • Find SPAM coming from servers and take appropriate action including notifying the customer.
  • Work with blacklists to remove company IPs that may get blacklisted.
  • Field and respond to incoming DMCA notices that arrive pertaining to sites on our servers.
  • Document processes.
  • Process Subpoenas and search warrants as assigned by management. 
  • Other duties, as assigned.

 

Skills you have 

  • Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. 
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. 
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. 
  • Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
  • Proven ability to expand new business through inside and direct sales.

What you’ll do 

At A2 Hosting our Digital Marketing Manager is a key member overseeing the communication and digital experience between a company and our customers. The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting all digital aspects of campaigns, including content development, email campaign design & distribution, social media, website updates, digital ad management/PPC, and SEO. The Digital Marketing Manager will collaborate with other team members to provide clients with regular reports detailing all initiatives and be responsible for interpreting the data and making recommendations to clients for improving the marketing strategy.

Who you are:

  • Excited to fuel growth through PPC/SEM account and bid optimization, data analysis, keyword and audience research, ad copy development, and more .
  • Create, edit and optimize new and existing website content to increase organic search rankings and referral traffic.
  • Build, manage and adjust paid search and display campaigns for improved performance.
  • Support lead-gen campaigns, including contact research, workflow setup, building landing pages, and campaign analytics.
  • Development of marketing plans and coordinating with other members of the team. 
  • Ensure brand consistency throughout search engines, social media, and online advertising.
  • Analyze data processing , run assessments, making. recommendations, proposing strategy, and implementing tactics on the performance of digital marketing initiatives such as website traffic, social media activity, and ad performance.
  • Create and launch new targeted and broad email campaigns to grow upsell/cross-sell revenue while maintaining list growth and hygiene balanced against upsells and promotions.

Skills you have:

  • Must have proficient knowledge of both strategy and execution for email marketing, website planning, marketing automation, CRM, digital advertising, SEO, analytics and tracking, and social media.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral with impeccable attention to detail.
  • Self-starter with strong time-management, organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Comfortable and effective in relating to technology and web hosting.
  • Should be able to conduct basic statistical functions to demonstrate the effectiveness of various campaigns.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications, or equivalent experience.
  • CMS experience (WordPress and/or Expression Engine a plus).
  • Familiarity with SEO tools (Moz, SEMRush, AHRefs or similar).
  • Strong analytical, data intelligence, and reporting skills.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and relationship management skills.
  • Knowledge of working in an Agile environment is a plus.

Education/Experience:

Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; five to seven years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
